Robert is a skilled tradesperson and engineer with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical instrumentation, specialising in problem-solving and practical solutions to complex challenges. 

He also holds a master's in education, which supports his use of real-world examples and a personalised approach to engage students.

As a mentor, Robert focuses on building confidence and empowering students academically and professionally, while staying current with industry developments to strengthen his teaching.

Gareth is a skilled tradesperson, engineer, and qualified science and physics teacher with over 15 years of practical and theoretical experience, particularly at third level. 

He also holds a master's in education, strengthening his work in apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship teaching. 

Gareth is committed to creating a supportive, engaging learning environment and takes pride in seeing students progress, knowing his guidance helps shape their future careers. 

Richard is an educator with a background in post-primary teaching and developing educational programmes for organisations and NGOs. He has worked across several sectors, giving him a broad understanding of different learning environments.

As an ADHD coach, Richard supports people to thrive in educational and professional settings.
